There is foxing on the center cover illustration. The back cover is mostly white with some light soiling. There is a friendship message written in pen on the right endpaper. There is a black and white illustration of a woman hanging from a cross on the frontispiece. The interior pages are soft, clean and white with mild tanning throughout. There was a prayer from a newspaper clipped on page 262 which heavily tanned the gutter and page. There was a church bulletin printed and placed in the rear advertising with heavily tanned a page of rear advertising near the endpapers.
